This policy covers the Discord bots Trevor Mod, K1NG DE and K1NG EN, own bots of premium customers hosted by the operator, the dashboards (dashboard.k1ng.site, panel.k1ng.site, english.k1ng.site) and k1ng.site.

What the bots store

The bots process data Discord delivers to them on the servers they are invited to. Only what a feature needs, and only what the server's admins switched on, is stored:

Server settings: channel and role IDs, texts, enabled modules.
Moderation: warnings and moderation cases with Discord ID, reason and moderator.
Automod: detected violations (Discord ID, kind of violation).
Message logs: deleted or edited messages including content, if the server enabled the log (K1NG DE/EN only).
Levels and economy: XP, level, balance and bought items per Discord ID.
Tickets: opener, handlers, answers to ticket questions, rating and a transcript of the ticket channel.
Voice support (Trevor): waiting-room requests with Discord ID, answers, handler, outcome.
Temporary voice channels: who owns a channel while it exists.
Premium (Trevor): the buyer's Discord ID and – encrypted (AES-256) – the token of an own bot if a customer enters one.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing the features a server asked for); for premium Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract).

How long

An automatic cleanup job deletes:

message logs after 30 days
automod events after 14 days
warnings after 90 days
closed tickets including transcripts after 90 days (K1NG DE/EN). Trevor keeps closed tickets with final report and rating for the ticket history and supporter statistics until the server admins, the operator on request or the bot leaving the server delete them; Trevor stores no message content in its database.
moderation cases after 365 days
voice support requests after 180 days
all data of a server 30 days after the bot left it
expired bans (ID and reason) 30 days after they ended
the operator's log of deletions and bans (who, when, which ID – no deleted content) after 365 days; it proves that a request was handled

Levels, economy and settings stay while the bot is on the server. Transcripts sent to a log channel or by DM then live on Discord and follow its deletion.

Dashboard and website

Login with Discord (OAuth2): we receive your Discord ID, name, avatar and your server list to check where you may manage. The session is a cookie that expires; there are no tracking or advertising cookies.
Contact form: name (optional), email and message are forwarded to the operator as a Discord direct message and not stored on our server.
Server logs: requests technically produce an IP address and time; they are kept briefly for troubleshooting only.

Who processes the data

IONOS SE (Germany): the server running the bots, database and dashboards.
Cloudflare, Inc.: forwards website requests through a secured tunnel (may process data in the USA; EU standard contractual clauses).
Discord Inc. (USA): the platform the bots run on, login and subscription handling.
status.k1ng.site runs on the operator's own server in Germany and stores only service measurements, no user data.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) and may complain to a data protection authority.

Deleting your data: write to us through the contact form or by email with your Discord ID and the bot concerned. We delete the data about you on that bot (or all of them); entries where you acted for others (e.g. as a moderator) stay without your ID. That and when we deleted is noted with your ID in the operator's log (see above).

Bans: on violations the operator may exclude Discord accounts or servers from a bot; ID, reason and duration are stored for that.
