Terms
Scope
These terms apply to the Discord bots Trevor Mod, K1NG DE and K1NG EN, own bots of premium customers hosted by the operator, and the dashboards of K1NG DEV (Henrik Sonntag, see legal notice). Inviting or using a bot means accepting them.
Discord's rules apply
Use is only allowed within Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Whoever invites a bot is responsible for its settings on their server.
Not allowed
- Disrupting or overloading the bots or dashboards, or exploiting security issues.
- Using the bots for spam, harassment, fraud or unlawful content.
- Entering other people's bot tokens or credentials.
Bans
On violations the operator may exclude users or servers from one or all bots, temporarily or permanently.
Premium
Premium is a subscription bought and billed through Discord; cancellation and payment go through Discord. Tier 1 reads ticket transcripts through the customer's own bot; tier 2 runs the customer's own bot with all Trevor features on every server the buyer owns. When the subscription ends, the hosted bot stops.
No warranty
The bots are provided without guarantee of constant availability. The current state is on status.k1ng.site. The operator is liable only for intent and gross negligence and as mandatory law requires.
Changes
These terms may change; the current version is always on this page.
How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.
